Thank you so much for the warm welcome we were given on Friday. Elizabeth was so cheery and friendly with flowers and a great big smile. She had opened up the unit ahead of our arrival time, turning on lights and making us feel instantly at home. We loved the property and all the little extras London Short Let had thought of - washing pack, tea towels, as well the beautiful linen and towels.
